 Instructions On Rhinestone Application:

1) Apply basecoat followed by nail polish colour.
2) Pick up rhinestone with tweezzer and put it on wet nail polish or use it with nail glue.
3) End with applying a layer of topcoat.

Rhinestone Pencil/Tool (Tip is sticky and this help to pick up the rhinestone easily.)
