Massage: Adding Magnesium Gel to massage oils speeds relaxation of tight muscles, while adding needed magnesium to the body! Massage therapists love this product. For Sore Muscles: Gently rub into the area, and repeat as necessary. For sensitive skin, try our Magnesium Gel with Aloe Vera.Topical Application: Apply to damp or dry skin and let air dry for best results. For optimal absorption, apply to the feet and toes, hands and fingers and virtually any place else on the body. Once dry the Magnesium is fully absorbed. No rinsing is necessary.
