Please note: The first thing is to connect the receiver.
Slide the receiver out from the back side of keyboard and insert it to the device with a standard USB interface.
Then switch the power to "ON" on the left top of the keyboard. It is on the left of a small jack.
The usb receiver is a bluetooth device but the keyboard is not conneceted with your other devices by bluetooth directly.

The usb mini wireless keyboard is compatible with most of the tv box but not all. Your tv box or smart tv should have a standard USB interface to connect it.
