USB-C Thunderbolt 3 Merger
Thunderbolt 3 equipped devices use the slim, reversible USB-C connector. Whether your device has a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, you can use this adapter. Just check that your device supports DisplayPort Alternate mode to view video over USB.

Important Notes
- Check for updated Thunderbolt 3 drivers from the computer maker
- USB-C connection does not provide power delivery for charging while in use
- Only 1 display (HDMI or VGA) can be connected at a time
- Mac OS can download drivers for Ethernet at the Cable Matters website
- Device must support DisplayPort Alternate mode to connect an HDMI or VGA display
- 4K video resolution requires a 4K capable video source, HDMI cable, and output display
