Microwave in medium heat for 10 seconds increment. If mask is not hot enough， place it back into the microwave for 3 second intervals， not to exceed 15 seconds. Do not over-heating. Always test mask temperature before placing on face. Clean the mask with warm， soapy water， rinse and towel dry. This mask is useful during and after facial treatments.
