Personal Usage Experience:

We wore this belt during a 6 hour mahjong session. 

At the end of the session, the t-shirt where the belt was was wet with sweat! (And we were only playing mahjong!) 

We find the belt will help you sweat more if you wear it during exercise (jogging or brisk walking).

To burn even more fat we recommend that you use apply some heating/sliming cream (available in pharmacy) to the tummy area before you wear the belt!
