Ways to Use Multi Purpose Tsuyu Sauce

Tempura 
- With every 100ml of sauce add in 500-600ml of water
- Boil the mixture together (optional: add abit of grated raddish) and serve with your tempura

 

 Cold Soba

- With every 1ooml of sauce add in 600-700ml of water
- Boil the mixture together and leave it to cool， serve with spring onion and seaweed
- Boil the soba according to the packaging， rinse with water and chill it in the fridge
