The inside of the Balance Seat is made of a highly elastic and durable gel material called Vetagel. It consists of several layers that have been shaped into a honeycomb structure, absorbing pressure and distributing it evenly. This increases blood circulation, which is particularly important when sitting for long periods. At the same time, any body movements create a pump effect in the honeycomb, which provides ongoing ventilation in the seat to prevent sweating. The outer fabric of the cover is breathable and non-slip. For cleaning purposes the seat may be simply rinsed with water.
