OraMD Direction Usage

• As toothpaste, floss first then put 2-3 drops on your toothbrush (soft bristle or electric brushes best) and brush at least twice a day with OraMD®. It is not necessary but is OK to rinse with water.
• As a mouthwash, put 2 drops in 1-2 ounces of water and gargle to help eliminate bacteria on the back of the tongue.
• As a breath freshener, 1-2 drops on the tip of your tongue and coat all parts of your mouth, especially along the gum line.
• For relief of discomfort of bleeding gums, gum disease, gingivitis, pockets and other gum problems, brush and gargle twice daily. Also put 2 drops on the tip of your tongue 3 times during the day to coat the gum line and the rest of the mouth. This is especially important a few minutes after eating.
• For receding gums, in addition to brushing, apply 2-3 drops to the affected area and massage your gum line to work the oil deep down. (Do not scrub gum line while brushing)
• Make sure using OraMD® is the last thing you do before going to bed. Use 3-5 drops and let the product work throughout the night. This is especially important for optimal results.
• OraMD® is safe and recommended for children age 6 and over. You may want to start with just one drop or dilute with water.
• OraMD® is effective at fighting cavities, plaque, and tarter build up.
