1.  Should there be any shortage of items received or error arises,
     a.  Kindly email us ( modeste.queries@gmail.com ) with the pictures of the items received, 
          together with delivery information to ease the process.
     b.  Shipping fee will be borne by the Seller.

2.  Others - If for any reason buyer decide to change to other available products,
     a.  Please alert us by email. 
     b.  The items has to be in its original condition, i.e. with its original packing.
     c.  Shipping fee will be borne by the Buyer. Should there be any other additional charges involved,
          cost will be at Buyer's expense as well.
          

SHIPPING POLICY

Choosing Non-registered mail option is at Customers risk. Delivery through Singpost Normal Mail may
take approximately 2 to 7 working days. As tracking will not be provided, we at Modeste will not be 
responsible for any lost.
