Wearing Guide

Step 1:
1a. Hold the velcro hoops part in your right hand (left hand if you are left-handed)
1b. Lie on your back, knees bent & adjust the SLIMMING BAND centrally under your spine
1c. The velcro hoops part should be on your right (left if you are left-handed)

Step 2:

2a. Take a deep breath and wrap left, then right (right, then left for left-handers)
2b. Adjust according to your comfort level

Step 3: Take both outer bands at the same time, pull & wrap downwards

Step 4: Adjust accordingly
