How to use: 1) If you are going to use any cream for sore nipples apply that. 2) Then place the nursing pad inside your bra so that it is centred on your nipples. The nursing pads will hold up really well and absorb the milk. 3) If it gets really wet remove it and you can replace it with another (if the pads have dried to your skin, you can use warm water to moisten the pads as it will help and be easy to pull away from skin to avoid any irritation). How to wash: Best way to wash them is by putting them with the baby laundry and wash at warm temperature (best to use hypo-allergenic soap to avoid infection or irritation on nipples). If using dryer use low heat to dry the pads or you can air dry them. Do not use bleach or fabric softener while washing the pads.
