How To Use The Body Massager 
| Basic Grip: Hold firmly the thickest section, avoid covering the solar panel with your hand. |
| How to roll: Roll on your skin gently so that the roller picks up the soft part of the skin safely. The basic rolling motion is back and forth. Recommend rolling from top down on the upper body, and from bottom up on the lower body. |
