This eye liner pencil's emollient-rich formula applies a soft, intense, smudge-free line to the eyes. It is formulated with natural wax to help prevent sensitive eyelids from drying. This eyeliner is available in two shades: Black and Brown.

Before applying mascara, use the eye liner pencil to draw a line of the desired thickness along the upper or lower lash line.
