Suggested Use
Recommended Use: Take 1 tablet per 10 lb of bodyweight, daily. Divide your daily allotment of tablets into smaller doses (e.g. 3-5 tablets) and take each dose in between meals. Swallow one tablet at a time with water. For optimal results, take one to two servings daily.
