Order & Delivery:

· Normal postage charges of $1 applies for every order and additional $0.50 for each subsequent item but customers are advised to opt for registered postage at $3.74. Mailing listees enjoy free normal postage and an upgrade to registered postage will be available at $2.74.

· Strictly no amendments after parcel has been packed.

· After payment has been verified, parcel will be mailed out via singpost in the next working day. Working days: Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

· Thetopsyturvy will not be held liable for any lost/damaged parcels if normal postage is opted.

· Meet-ups are not available unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges/Returns:

· Any request for exchange is to be conveyed to us within 7 days of delivery and item can be exchanged only if the wrong item is being sent or customer received a defected item. Differences in measurements between actual product and product received by up to 1” is not considered to be a defected item.

· In case of defected items, you may only exchange for another piece in same design. Should item of same design be out of stock, you may choose other items. A top-up may be needed for items of a higher price but do note that there will be no refund if another item of lower value is being chosen.

· Postage of exchange mail will be absorbed by us only if wrong/defected item is being sent to you.

· To make sure that your item reaches us, you are strongly encouraged to send it back to us via registered mail. In any case that your item do not reach us, no exchange will be provided.

· Further exchanges are not allowed.

· Do note that exchanges are only applicable for regular priced items and not sale items.

· Colours of the items may differ a little due to studio lightings.

· Products do not come with accessories used in our photoshoot unless otherwise stated.
