The fabled desert boot style was first created by cairo cobblers as a lightweight, high-grip alternative to standard issue military boots. the lace-up twill ankle boot has undergone many adaptations, but our version is made with a suede upper lined with cotton canvas. the moulded sole unit with a stitch line going across the foxing gives it an especially sturdy base. with waxed boot laces, antique brass-style eyelets, and twin tipped embroidery on the tongue.
