Protocol:
In clinical experience the following works well for our patients to lower cholesterol. Please adhere to a healthy diet with lots of vegetables and dietary suggestions given from your MD for LDL cholesterol. *See our website for protocols and suggestions.
First:
Get a Cholesterol blood level test. (It's good to have levels to compare.)
Second:
Cut your cholesterol -Take "Clearesterol" lower cholesterol supplements for 2 to 3 months according to body weight chart to reduce cholesterol, and get Acupuncture 2-4x a month to help lower blood pressure, move the blood and break up stagnation.
Third (Optional):
*Psyllium Husk: You may during the first 2-3 months, take One 500 to 700 mg capsule of Psyllium Husk 2-4 times per week. (We like the "Now Foods Psyllium Husk 700mg with Pectin" sold on Amazon.)
