For Cold Therapy:Place Sealed Ice® Pack in freezer or refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
* Remove Sealed ice® pack from freezer or refrigerator and place in boot liner to cradle heel area.
* While sitting, place heel as far back on Sealed Ice® pack as possible.
* Do not use for more than 20 minutes in one application period.
