Within the last year, it's become harder to find in my area so I resorted to ordering a few bottles at a time online because I loved the lotion so much. With my most recent shipment, I noticed after applying the lotion that my skin did not look nor feel as great as it normally does. When I compared the latest bottles delivered to the old bottle, I noticed the new shipment had 'New' imprinted on the container. Sure enough when doing an ingredient comparison, I noticed a few ingredients were no longer listed (e.g. shea butter, mango seed butter, cocoa seed butter). Perhaps this is why it doesn't moisturize as good as it used to? I find this 'new' formula to be very inferior to the older one so I will no longer be hunting it down online to purchase. Unfortunately I'll have to begin the search for a new brand of lotion. He squirted a fair amount of lotion in each of our hands, and when we said that we liked it he gave us the 20 ounce container to bring home. We since bought more containers to have one bottle at work, one in each bathroom and night stand and in the linen closet, and a small container in our cars. We always had at least three or four bottles extra to replace the ones that were set out so we could smear a dab or two when needed. But that all changed when we went to replace our depleted supply, we found our usual product was no where to be found and some smelly, runny product was in its place. I live in a cold, dry climate and sometimes struggle with dry skin on my hands. I was hoping that this formula would help alleviate my dryness and possibly treat cracking but there's no real mention about whether you can use this stuff on damaged skin. I tried and it hurt very badly, so I wouldn't recommend it for already damaged skin, even though the bottle states it can heal the most "severely dried skin". It doesn't state outright that it's fragrance free or not, but it smells like it contains fragrance. It does a mediocre job of keeping my hands moisturized. As it states on the label, "continued use improves skins moisturization", no kidding, you'll have to reapply it a few times a day to get any real success out of it. For an intense formula it doesn't deliver intense results or the 24 hour moisture barrie
