Directions
Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup teff to boil. Reduce, cover & simmer 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir & let stand, uncovered 5 minutes. Season to taste. Suggested Uses:
For extra flavor, lightly toast grain before cooking.
Serve in place of polenta or mashed potatoes.
