Exchange and Return:
We will ensure that all orders are checked for defects before shipment. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if item is damaged or has defects. Do provide us your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. We can only accept return on defective items with original packaging & tags in-tact. We do not accept return on any used/washed item.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, buyer will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item back.
