All Spectra 9+ has a slight disgonal lines under each button in white color (NOT a scratch!)

Also there is a gap between front and back covers.
This is for opening the machine easily during repairing process.
Please do not ask for exchange if you see above issue.
They're definitely NORMAL, and you'll get the same machine even though you get an exchange.

If item is faulty on arrival,
customers need to inform the seller in 7 days at admin@babyjoa.com.sg
so we can proceed refund/exchange
(in this case, BABYJOA will pay for the return delivery fee).

If it is spoilt while using,
it can be repaired under 1 year warranty in Korea
but need to pay for the return delivery fee and repair fee if needed(:for example for broken screen/unit is not under warranty) by customer's side.

Battery issue has a 6 months warranty.
