·         All items are not exchangeable unless defect. Please refer to measurement before place order.
     
 
 ·         Exchange will only be accepted within 5 days after the item is received.
 
·         The exchange is not acceptable if the item is used/ item tag is cut off.
 If you want to exchange the defect item you received, please contact us before send it.
 
 
   ·         Replacement item will only be posted out through normal mail (unless special instruction is given).
 
 ·         Buyer will be liable for the additional costs, if other method of shipping is expected.
 
·         Replacement item will only be posted out after the original defect item is received.  
 

·          For Buyers To Take Note:  For some designs, we only purchase 1 size from our suppliers. Thus "Free Size" will be indicated.

(Please do not get confused when you realised "free size" indicated here differs from the tag of the item when you received the item)
