It's designed to be stitched on 14 count fabric, so if stitchers choose to stitch it on a bigger count fabric (ie : count 11 or 9), the outcome will be larger; and if stitchers stitch it on a small count fabric (ie : count 18 or above), the outcome size will be smaller.
