INSTRUCTIONS: Mix 2 level scoops in 8 ounces of cold water or your preferred source of milk (ex: almond milk, soy milk, rice milk). Blend or shake well. Use as a meal replacement.

Shipping

1. Shipping Method: DHL/UPS Worldwide Express Shipping
Handling Time: 1 business day of receipt of payment where you shall receive item within 2-3 business days except public holidays of Malaysia (GMT+8) & weekends.

2. Your charge from us includes the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges imposed by customs of destination country for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer!

3. We do not ship P.O.Box !

Returns

1. Please contact us prior to any return. Returns of merchandise must be in its unused original condition (including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc) and a tracking code for inspection.

2. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Full Refund of merchandise must be take place within 14 days of receipt of product and will be issued upon receiving the return item in its original condition.

3. We cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges unless the products has shipped back to us.

4. If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return where the product is not in acceptable condition. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.
