I have to say the cars were very sleek looking and my son was already asking to get them out of the box they came in. He waa so excited to play with them. They were the perfect size for his hands to race around the house. He loved them! But after reading the instructions, I showed him what these cars could do together. I linked them up like the instructions said and moved them back and forth on the floor to get the momentum going, and they didn't really go anywhere. One vehicle worked fine on its own, but the second one wouldn't even move. So we couldn't try out the main purpose of these cars to race linked together and then flip over the other to pass it. That was kind of disappointing for the both of us. Although they didn't do what they were supposed to do, my son still wanted to play with them. He raced the one that worked and had to push the other one that didn't, along the way. It's a bummer we couldn't review this toy for its main component.The good part is that he is happy with his 2 new Cars 3 vehicles. Perfect size for my 3 year olds hands to race around the house. The overall look of the car is sleek and the plastic design seems durable. The only problem I see, is the wheels on the second car, that dont catch any speed. He was very excited to open the toy and play it. He was very excited to see how the toy worked and once the car flipped over the other he just wanted to play with it even more. The toy has very great colors and it made very well.
