* Tear open pouch when ready to use
* Peel away paper to reveal adhesive tabs. Using adhesive is optional if you have sensitive skin or have body hair around the knee or elbow area
* If 55 and older, wear over a towel or cloth such as washcloth, not directly against your skin
* It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature
* Do not place heat cells on the back of the knee or inside the bend of the arm
* Bend knee/elbow slightly and place opening over kneecap/elbow
* Secure tabs to skin (optional)
* Wrap straps around knee/elbow and fasten
* Adjust for comfort. Do not over-tighten
* Wear up to 12 hours. Do not wear for more than 12 hours in any 24-hour period
