1) Delivery
The products are from overseas. Hence, please understand some delays.
Some may arrive within a week or 10 days. However, there are also times where it may take about 15 days.

Even though we ship out the items immediately, there can be delays depending on the delivery company.
In this case, kindly contact the delivery company (Eurasia) at 65-6434-8400 with your tracking number. 

Sometimes, the tracking result shows as delivered even when you didn’t receive the item.
In such cases, please also contact the delivery company (Eurasia).

Sometimes, it’s hard to get in touch with the delivery company to inquire.
And, there are customers who request for cancellation due to delays from delivery company.
However, please understand that it’s impossible to proceed with refund since the items are already sent out and it’s just a delay from the delivery company.

2) About Exchange/Return
Please use post office to return. Please do not forget to include your order number when you return.

After we receive the returned parcel, we will proceed with refund.

For exchange, please place new order for your preferable item color and size after you return.
(It takes more than a week for the returned parcel to arrive,
and your preferred item may become out-of-stock so please place new order as soon as you return.)

We do go through detailed checking before sending out the items, but there may be times that you receive wrong item or defected item.

Exchange is not possible. Please apply for Cancel/Refund and you don’t need to return the item.
