How to use
Those gel gloves and socks are suitable for 4 seasons and it is recommended to use 3-5 times a week. To create a better effect, you could use together with body lotion or hand cream. Each time 20-30 minutes is recommended. If you feel your skin are too dry, you could prolong the time. We suggest you should change them every 2-3 month because the nutritional ingredients become less and less after each use.
