Important TIPS to take note:

2. Wear sports bra only when you do sports.
3. Let your breast rest while sleeping. i.e 8hrs.
4. Handle your breast with care. Massage it gently while bathing i.e brush it upwards and your sides to the front.
5. When wearing bra, bend slightly and let your breast fall to place on the bra. Brushing your sides to breast. (your breast will be fuller)
