Exchanges and Refunds

In the event that you have received a defective product or if there has been an error in your order, you will be required to mail us back the items via registered mail with tracking. We will reimburse postage charges incurred by you for returns that are solely due to our oversight.

Please seek to return or get a refund for your order within 3 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items must be returned new, unused and undamaged, wherever applicable. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. PLS DO NOT REMOVE PLASTIC IN LAY BAG

 

All returns must be received within 10 days from when you receive your order. Late returns that exceed the 10-day time frame will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made directly via your transaction purchase, to the payment mode that you have used. We are unable to make refunds through any other methods.

Defective Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
