DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Gently glide the ends of the Jade stone roller over clean skin 1-2 times daily for approximately 10 minutes, as guided in the diagram below . Roll after applying other skincare products such as moisturisers and creams to encourage improved absorption . Note that only gently pressure is required - do not press hard or you just risk damaging your roller!
FOREHEAD
Use the large anti aging facial therapy roller to slowly roll up from the browline towards the ears when you move to the sides of the forehead . Repeat this several times for full effect.
EYES AND NOSE
Use the small roller to gently massage the eyelids and under the eyes from the nose towards the ears . Roll along each side of the nose from the nostrils to the browline . Repeat as necessary.
CHEEKS AND CHIN
Use the large jade roller anti aging to work from the chin , along the jawline and upwards towards the ear lobes. Use the small roller to work from under the nose towards the eyes. Always work upwards on the cheeks.
NECK
Use the large roller to make long sweeping rolls from the collar bone upwards and towards the jawline . Repeat this as necessary until the front and sides of the neck are fully massaged.
NOTE!
Gua sha scraper can use for both face and body.
