The Samurai outperforms heavier gauge competition in cut-resistance, comfort and durability. It is classified as SpectraGuard and has the highest level of protection, level 2. Offers level 2 protection of heavyweight product and is 45 percent weight of 7 gauge products. Excellent protection for all food preparation operations including de-boning, slicer blade maintenance.
