Comment:
This wine, coming in bottles of half-size, is a true revelation. Resembling of white port, it nevertheless lack the usual extreme sweetness and strength of a port or a sherry. That said, this blend of Sauvignon Blanc (69%) and Riesling (31%) is really something special, a true nectar of gods! Will make for a perfect dessert wine, especially when cooled but not chilled.   

Winemaker’s tasting notes:
A luscious wine in a botrytised late harvest style. There is avery full and well-concentrated bouquet of ripe passionfruit, exotic florals, lime marmalade botrytis and honey.  A lusciously concentrated core of ripe stonefruits and tropical fruits is the feature on palate. The wine has a brilliant light goldenhued straw-yellow colour, lighter on rim.   
USEFUL TIPS:

Best to drink on its own or paired with food like Cheese Platter and Desserts.
