Warranty

DJI international warranty 1yr on equipment & 6mth on batteries. All warranty issues and shipping if necessary will be handled by our company. Warranty authorisation such as free replacement will come from DJI. 1 to 1 exchange for defective product is applicable within 14 days of purchase date with the appropriate authorisation from DJI. Beyond 14 days and within the warranty period, defective product is applicable for free servicing at the factory, free of any repair and shipping cost.

We are DJI listed authorised distributor. All our sets are authorised sets with international warranty, facilitated by us. Upon activation, there will NOT be message "Unauthorised set, NO warranty”. You are welcome to verify serial number with DJI online before purchasing.
