People will be able to turn around the knob to adjust the core length and make the wading staff lock perfectly. We have been contacting with negative feedback giver to explain the function and offer return if he can not use this product properly. But so far he did not make any reply. We deeply worry this negative feedback is not real and irresponsible. We stand solid on our product and brand.
