se90tmh dual speed humidity and motion sensing exhaust fan is designed to start running continuously at a preset low speed upon powering on and boosts up to maximum speed when the integrated motion sensor detects occupancy in the room or humidity reaches the user preset level. when the room is vacated or humidity backs down, the unit will continue to run at maximum speed until the delay off timer elapsed and return to the preset low speed. low fan speed is adjustable from 10-cmf to 80-cfm. adjustable delay off timer duration (5-30 minutes) provides additional run time for the fan to complete the remaining necessary ventilation. led indicator light underneath the grille assures the ultra quiet fan is running.
