Description

A dietary supplement fully packed with NATTOKINASE and black vinegar from Zhenjiang in Jiangsu Province, eastern China. The black vinegar is made from glutinous rice, and produced using Chinese traditional static fermentation. Compared to Japanese black vinegar that is made from brown rice, Zhenjiang black vinegar is dark in colour with a rich but mild taste.

Safflower oil, Gelatin (pig-derived), Extract of black rice vinegar (extract of black rice vinegar, dextrin), Nattokinase extract (soybean-derived), Glycerin, Beeswax, Emulsifying agent (Glycerin fatty acid ester), Antioxidation agent (vitamin E)

 

What is Natto?

A Japanese traditional food made by fermented beans, in which the bacterium Bacillus natto is added to boiled soybeans and allowing the beans to ferment. It has been used as a folk remedy for heart and cardiovascular diseases for hundreds of years.

 

What is Nattokinase?

Nattokinase, a kind of enzyme, which is produced by the bacterium Bacillus natto acting on the soybeans. Nattokinase is therefore cannot be found in other soy food other than natto.
