Notice:
We have some customer feedbacks that mentioned this device may not be able to pair all your home devices (only support IR 38KHZ): some customers are able to pair all devices while some are able to pair all devices. Please do remember to pair one button by on button, as explained in the video below. Time for a Smart Home now! 

Tips for Configuration: 

1. Connect your phone with the WIWO-ALLONE via WIFI (same process as the S20 Socket); 
2. Add the WIWO-ALLONE into your router networks through the AP Configuration (also the same process as S20 Socket) 

3. Important: the ALLONE will immitate the function of your Remote Control (for Air-con, TV or Fans, etc), so you have to press and hold the function button of this Apps, and meanwhile you have to point the existing control to the ALLONE and press the same function button to match and pair the function. you can see "Code Pairing Success" notice on the APP screen.

Note: This device has more functions and the setting is slightly more compliated than the standard S20 socket, and hence, if you encouter any difficulty, please feel free to contact us at thesimpleshop@live.com.sg regarding any questions.
