<br />Instructions:
<br />    A) Heat a pan of water to 80-90C (not boiling, this will melt the trays!)
<br />    B) Holding the handle, dip the mouth tray in the water for approximately 5-10 seconds. Be careful, as over-exposure will melt/shrink the tray, but under-exposure will make formation difficult.
<br />    C) Remove the tray from the water and hold it to drain the excess water for a second.
<br />    D) Place the tray in your mouth while it is soft and mould around your teeth, by pressing firmly on the inside and outside of your teeth with your fingers. Allow the tray to set firm while still inside your mouth.
<br />    E) Remove the tray. Repeat this process for the lower tray. Cut the handles off and trim the formed trays, cutting at the gum line. This will allow you to clean any gel that may be leaking over the gums.
<br />    F) Simply apply a teeth whitening or remineralizing gel and wear the trays

<br />Instructions:
<br />    A) Chauffer une casserole d'eau à 80-90C (pas d'ébullition, cela fera fondre les plateaux!)
<br />    B) En tenant la poignée, trempez le plateau buccal dans l'eau pendant environ 5 à 10 secondes. Faites attention, car une surexposition fera fondre / rétrécir le plateau, mais une sous-exposition rendra la formation difficile.
<br />    C) Retirez le bac de l'eau et maintenez-le pour drainer l'excès d'eau pendant une seconde.
<br />    D) Placez le plateau dans votre bouche alors qu'il est mou et moule autour de vos dents, en appuyant fermement sur l'intérieur et l'extérieur de vos dents avec vos doigts. Laissez le plateau durcir tout en restant dans votre bouche.
<br />    E) Retirez le bac. Répétez ce processus pour le bac inférieur. Couper les poignées et couper les plateaux formés, coupant à la ligne de gomme. Cela vous permettra de nettoyer tout gel qui pourrait fuir sur les gencives.
<br />    F) Appliquez simplement un gel blanchissant ou reminéralisant et portez les plateaux

<br />    A) Aqueça uma panela de água a 80-90C (não fervendo, isso vai derreter as bandejas!)
<br />    B) Segurando a alça, mergulhe a bandeja de boca na água por aproximadamente 5-10 segundos. Tenha cuidado, pois a superexposição irá derreter / encolher a bandeja, mas a subexposição dificultará a formação.
<br />    C) Retire a bandeja da água e segure-a para drenar o excesso de água por um segundo.
<br />    D) Coloque a bandeja em sua boca enquanto ela estiver macia e mofe ao redor dos dentes, pressionando firmemente o lado de dentro e o lado de fora dos dentes com os dedos. Deixe a bandeja se firmar enquanto ainda está dentro da boca.
<br />    E) Remova a bandeja. Repita este processo para a bandeja inferior. Corte as alças e corte as bandejas formadas, cortando a linha da gengiva. Isso permitirá que você limpe qualquer gel que possa estar vazando nas gengivas.
<br />    F) Basta aplicar um gel clareador ou remineralizador e usar as bandejas
