SHIPPING:
- All items are instocks (unless otherwise stated for out of stock items)
- Items will be dispatched within 3 days upon confirmation of payment (unless otherwise stated for out of stock items)
- Items will be dispatched via courier service (TAQBIN) as item is fragile
RETURN & EXCHANGE:
- No return or exchange allowed unless goods are faulty or wrong item delivered
- Please check for condition of goods or missing items upon receive and inform us within 7 days from date of receive
WARRANTY:
- We cover 3 months local warranty upon date of receiving items
- However, we do not cover warranty for the following:
i) LED that have been in contact with water
ii) LED that has been short circuit
iii) LED burnt due to using adaptors/drivers that are non-compatible or third party source
iv) LED that been damaged by own's fault (whether by yourself, electrician or contractor)
