This Automatic Door Bottom is designed for maximum sound control and also provides fire and smoke safety. The closed-cell sponge double neoprene rubber seal provides a strong and reliable seal. It utilizes a concealed flat spring mechanism which is activated when the door is closed. The seal lowers against the floor or a saddle and ensures a smooth drop with every closing of the door, it then retracts immediately upon opening. This door bottom is fully mortised giving it a subtle and unobtrusive look. Our door bottoms are build to last, and has been tested through 5 million cycles!
