Usage: Mix 1 tablespoon flour and 1.5 scoops of cream evenly (can be lifted in the lid) to the area to be bleached, then stick a small piece of plastic wrap, scrape off with a spoon after 10 minutes, or wipe off the wet cotton pad. For particularly deep hair area, can be repeated several times, or painted after the retention time longer.
