3. Customer satisfaction and complain form are provided to customer, with this constantly to review ourselves.
4. Prior treatment, a health questionaire will be provided by the counter staff to understand their customer's health problem if any before we carry out any treatment.
Our Commitment
1. We target to response all feedbacks / complains/ Inquires within 3 working days.
2. For feedback/complains related issues, our staff will contact you to understand the full situation, where possible to address to your concerns immediately if no further escalation is needed.
