It broke after a week of less then normal use. I had used it only for 3 times and the handle separated from the scratcher. The scratcher part on this one is not as wide. The "fingers " don't extend out far enough Thought it would tear skin since it is metal but it's very gentle.. I've used it a couple dozen times and it seems to be sturdy enough. Has a clip on it like a ballpoint pen so you can slip it in your shirt pocket, though I'm not sure why anyone would do that.
