I'm not kidding. The scent is over the top invigorating (think fresh lemons and ginger mmmm...) so good first thing in the morning. The men in the household report a huge improvement in the appearance of their skin in terms of less body acne, an ongoing issue for many athletes. It pretty much disappeared almost overnight. I'm no doctor, but I do know that Epsom salts help remove toxins from the body through the skin. I'm all for that versus applying topical treatments that work for awhile and then don't. The women, including myself, love the fresh scent and our skin is smoother with zero dryness.
