Craphy's 80cm/32' Octagon Umbrella Softbox is designed to diffuse a strobe flash, giving you a softer light that eliminates harsh shadows and highlights. You can use it as a regular reflective umbrella without the white diffuser cloth. The silver interior can brighten the light and ensures a high degree of light efficiency. Or you can add a white cloth to use it as a softbox to create a more controllable and directional light for portrait photography.
