Made from single clove garlic, the best grade garlic
Single clove garlic has higher nutrients & antioxidants than normal garlic. For this reason, the price of raw single clove garlic is 30-50% higher than normal garlic. We are one of the few premium brand that is made of single clove garlic.

Long fermentation process maximizes nutrients & antioxidants
The garlic is kept in Japanese-made fermenting equipments, at 60-80 degree celcius in highly humid condition of 95% for full 90 days. After this process, the black garlic gains its black color and the process activates & multiple the level enzymes and amino acids in the garlic.

Storage
