• Registered mail or Qxpress is strongly recommended. You may choose Normal Mail at YOUR OWN RISK. However, we are not liable for any item lost in normal mail.
• We have no control over Singpost's delivery lead time. Through feedbacks, most of our customers received their items within 1-4 working days, but some even received around 2 weeks, from the date of posting.

We accept refund, return or exchange of the item that has been delivered, on conditions that :

• the item must be returned to us or exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery, in a new and unused condition and contain all materials included with the shipment. 
• Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fee or carry in to our store. UNLESS it was an unintentional mistake made by us.
